Introducing #TELus – Your Bespoke Airflow Solution Service

As a leading provider of airflow technology solutions, TEL has over 50 years of experience in developing alarm and control systems specifically for laboratory and fume cupboard manufacturers all over the world.

We’ve worked hard to offer an ‘off-the-shelf’ service, but did you know we can also customise our standard product line to include specific features or functionality that would be of a specific benefit to the end-user? This bespoke service is integral to our service offering as it helps us create airflow technology solutions to suit a specific purpose, creating a more efficient, secure and controlled working environment for those using it, and generating time, cost and energy savings for the organisation.

Whether it’s a modification to one of our existing products, or the creation of something brand new, TEL’s design team have a wealth of knowledge to develop a bespoke airflow technology solution just for you.

We’re inviting our customers to #TELus how our standard products could work better for them. If one of our products could be doing more for you, let us know – we’d love to help you get the most out of your TEL technology.

Email sales@tel-uk.com or call +44 (0)1457 865 635 to #TELus how we can help.

The Need for Better Mental Health in Tech

In this ‘always on’ world, the need for better mental health services has never been more important. Whilst the rise of technology has empowered users to feel more connected than ever, it can also bring with it its own challenges, leaving people feeling anxious, claustrophobic and always ‘contactable’ which understandably, can take a toll on your mental health and wellbeing.

A 2019 Harvey Nash Tech study¹ concluded that half of the tech professionals surveyed were currently, or had in the past, been concerned about their mental health due to the pressures of work, and as an employer of several technical engineers, it’s something we have to be very conscious of.

TEL offers all staff access to six – or more if needed – face-to-face sessions with a counsellor and has an open-door policy to foster an inclusive, nurturing working environment.

Should you want to talk, Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service that saves lives. Shout Volunteers have taken more than 970,000 conversations with people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and who need immediate support.
