AFA5000 Room Space Controller – Features
1. Superior safety
In addition to ensuring volumetric or room pressure requirements are met, the AFA5000 proactively monitors and maintains healthy CO₂, temperature, humidity, and VOC levels. Additional safety features include coloured LED indicators for predefined criteria, and an over-ride feature that re-sets the system when a user is detected ‘out of hours’.

In addition to supplying air strictly according to need, in Eco Mode the AFA5000 can be optimised for maximum energy savings. For example, by using setback/out of hours control, reduced flow rates, and comfort/air quality set points that reflect when the space is being used – and when it isn’t.

The AFA5000 replaces multiple controls with a single 7” HMI wall or panel mountable touchscreen. It has pre-configured templates so it’s easy to set-up, and a choice of on-screen parameters so that users can fine-tune the air quality, temperature and humidity in their own spaces, independently of the rest of the building.
