As the global demand for TEL Variable Air Volume products has rapidly increased along with awareness of energy efficiency solutions TEL has understood the need to update its range of damper actuators.
From recently working with Belimo who are the global leaders in the actuator market, TEL has recently introduced a new bespoke actuator for Fume Cupboard VAV applications.
With performance and reliability key components for the design the new actuator comes with a 5 year warranty from date of manufacture.
A new quick charge electronic Fail Safe system has been developed and incorporated into the TEL actuator power supply so that Fail Safe operation is maintained whilst keeping costs low.
The actuator is supplied with a 3M flying lead for connection into the power supply but can also be supplied with an interface cable to adapt to a RJ12 plug in connector so that the actuator can be retro fitted to existing TEL dampers in the field. An adaptor bracket is also available so that the actuator can fit onto an existing footprint without the need for new fixing holes.
