How?
The AFA4000 VAV Controller automatically adjusts airflow according to need, decreasing the volume of air extracted when laboratory fume cupboards aren’t in use. This both minimises energy consumption and protects laboratory users from potentially hazardous fumes and substances, ensuring you stay fully compliant with health and safety legislation.
The AFA4000 can be programmed to function as an integrated auto sash controller which automatically closes fume cupboards when no operator is present, further increasing energy savings. VAV and auto sash functions can be easily calibrated from the same full-colour, intuitive display so you won’t need a separate auto sash keypad.
