As we come to the end of 2023, we find ourselves looking back on another challenging year. The war in Ukraine entered its second year, the Gaza Israel conflict divided nations, and energy prices and inflation remained high.
Of course, we can only really focus on what is within our control. So, at TEL this year we’re proud to have remained consistent. Not the most exciting of statements I know! However, in a world that often feels like being on a rollercoaster ride, our customers can have peace of mind that they can depend on us, like they have for the last 54 years.
Following some interesting insight calls with customers earlier this year, it’s helped us to really look at what defines TEL:

TEL stands out in delivering products and solutions promptly. The majority of our products are in stock, allowing us to fulfil orders of varying sizes in a matter of days. Other items not in stock, such as our CAV and VAV terminals, take just 4-6 weeks from order to delivery, half the time of other suppliers.
